2 decomposed bodies recovered from Tirumala cottage

Tirumala, Nov 10 (UNI) The decomposed bodies of a woman and her daughter, who allegedly committed suicide, were recovered today from the cottage of the Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanams here.

On a complaint from cottage maintenance staff that foul smell was emanating from the room, police broke open the doors and found the decomposed bodies.

The deceased, identified as Santhi (30) and her 11-year-old daughter Yeswaswani, hailing from Bangalore, had come here to worship the lord Venkateswara. They had occupied the cottage on November 6, police said.
