Two Lashkar militants surrender in Rajouri
Jammu, Nov 8 (UNI) Two militants of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) have laid down their arms before police in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources today said.
Sources said the surrendered militants handed over two AK-56 rifles, four hand grenades, three magazines, two mobile telephones and one wireless set to the police.
The ultras were identified as Mohammad Sharif alias Sharka and Mohammad Mushtaq and they surrendered at Budhal in Rajouri district, sources told UNI.
The militants had been active for the last several years in the border areas of Rajouri and Poonch districts, police sources said.
