S Narayanan appointed MD

New Delhi, Nov 8: IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Compnay Ltd (ITGI) today appointed Mr S Narayanan as company's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Mr Narayanan, who has been working with the company as Executive Vice President for the past six years will succeed Ajit Narain.

The company also appointed N K Kedia and Yasunobu Fukuda as Director (Marketing) and Director (Operations) respectively.

Masahiro Ogawa would be the new Director (Strategy).

ITGI is a joint venture promoted by Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative (IFFCO) and its associates and The Tokio Marine and Nichido Fire, the largest insurance company in Japan.
