Gang of robbers busted; 3 arrested

New Delhi, Nov 8(UNI) With the arrest of three people, the Delhi Police today claimed to have smashed a gang of robbers.

The police also recovered a home-made pistol, a live cartridge and two button-actuated knives from the possession of the trio.

Those arrested were identified as Kafil(26), Muslim(23) and Amit(24).

One of their accomplices, Khurshid, was lynched while committing a robbery in the Sangam Vihar area of south Delhi on October 23.

All three have been booked under relevant sections of the IPC and the Arms Act.
