People's Reaction To Pak Emergency

Islamabad, Karachi, Pakistan, New Delhi, Nov. 4, 2007 : Pakistani residents of Karachi and Islamabad reacted strongly to a state of emergency imposed by their president Pervez Musharraf across the country, but had opposing views regarding the same.

Most of the locals condemned, Musharraf"s decision and expressed unhappiness with the state of affairs in the country. However, there were others, who were very much in agreement with Musharraf's decision.
