Governor Krishna greets people on Diwali

Mumbai, Nov 7 (UNI) Maharashtra Governor S M Krishna has conveyed his warm greetings and good wishes to citizens on the occasion of Diwali.

In his message, the Governor said, ''Diwali is a unique festival of joy. It is a festival for all - young and old, rural and urban, rich and poor. The spirit of Diwali encompasses one and all. Diwali brings a new ray of hope for millions of people across the world.

Let us resolve to share our joy with at least one underprivileged poor, who cannot afford to celebrate the festival.'' UNI
