Compact Disc India gets $ 19.8 mln outsourcing order
New Delhi, Nov 7 (UNI) Compact Disc India Ltd (CDIL) today said it has received an outsourcing contract for 19.80 million dollars from iMedia Ventures Ltd.
''CDI will help in animation of a sci-fi thriller film, titled 3000 BC, where internationally acclaimed actors will be lending their voices for this animated movie,'' said a company statement.
The film revolves around the journey of a traveller, who travels from the ancient period ie 3000 BC to the modern era, 2052 AD.
With the forging of this deal, CDI will make this 3D animation film over a period of 21 months, at their studio in Thiruvananthapuram.
