Chilly morning continues indicating the onset of winter

Patna, Nov 07 (UNI) With Diwali marking the begining of winter, the city and its neighbouring districts today continued to experience drop in the mercury levels, heralding the onset of winter.

The local Met office recorded the maximum temperature at 30 degrees Celsius while the minimum was pegged at 19.9 degrees Celsius with the maximum relative humidity being recorded at 88 per cent.

Met sources forecast a partly cloudy sky with possibility of light drizzle and no significant changes in the maximum and minimum temperatures during the next 24 hours.
