Two NDFB men killed in accident in Assam

Mangaldai, Nov 6 (UNI) Two cadre of the outlawed National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) were killed in a road accident in Assam's Udalguri district yesterday. Police sources informed today that the accident occurred when their vehicle collided head on with a truck at Zhergaon, on NH 52, near Rowta. Two of them died on the spot and the third was critically injured. He was later shifted to a nearby hospital. The dead had been identified as Kandura Basumatari and Lachit Sharma, both activists of NDFB, which is now into ceasefire.
