Isolated rainfall in Karnataia

Bangalore, Nov 6 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.

Rainfall occurred at isolated places over the State.

Chief rainfall amounts (cm): Haliyal 3, Belgaum AP, Sagar, Malur one each.

Minimum temperatures rose at a few places South Interior Karnataka and changed lillte over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over North Interior Karnataka.

Chamarajnagara recorded lowest minimum temperature of 18.5 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Thursday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over North Interior Karnataka.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of North Interior Karnataka.

Local forecast: Partly cloudy. Rain/Thundershowers possible towards evening/night. Minimum temperature would be around 20 degree celsius.
