Hardcore maoist arrested in Gaya

Gaya, Nov 6 (UNI) A hardcore proscribed CPI(Maoist) activist was arrested from Chabua village under Konch police station in the district.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Harishankar Prasad today said acting on a tip-off, local police raided a criminal hideout at Chabua village and arrested Ramashray Yadav.

Several incriminating documents were also recovered from him, police said adding that he was wanted in connection with several other criminal cases.
