Karnataka Guv visits Delhi

New Delhi, Nov 5 (UNI) Karnataka Governor Rameshwar Thakur arrived here tonight.

Mr Thakur when asked by reporters in Karnataka Bhawan maintained that his visit to Delhi was in connection with an ongoing seminar on federalism. He declined a direct answer to a question if he would submit his report on Karnataka political situation to the Centre.

The BJP today announced that its and JD (S) MLAs would come to Delhi tonight from Bangalore to meet and apprise President Pratibha Patil on the need to call BJP leader B S Yedyurappa to form the government as he had support from 129 MLAs in the 224-member house.
