Chithira Atta Thirunal to be celebrated on Nov 8

Pathanamthitta, Kerala, Nov 5 (UNI) Chithira Atta Thirunal will be celebrated at the famous Sabarimala Lord Ayyappa Temple on November eight.

Melsanthi E Eswaran Nampoothiri would open the Sanctum Sanctorum on November seven at 1730 hrs. Special Poojas like 'Kalabhabhishekam' and Sahasra Kalasabhishekam' would be performed.

Tantri Kantararu Maheswararu would lead the 'Sahasrakalasa Pooja' in the evening on November seven. The 'Abhishekam' would be performed at noon on November eight. The same day after 'Kalabhabhishekam', the temple would be closed at 2200 hrs.
