Speaking to newspersons, BJP state unit president, after his meeting with Governor Rameshwar Thakur here, said both the parties would take their legislators to New Delhi, if the Governor delayed in inviting them to form the new Government. BJP had postponed its ongoing dharna for a few days due to the prevailing circumstances, he added.
To a question on whether the Governor had asked his party to submit a fresh letter of unconditional support from JD(S), Mr Sadananda said such a letter had already been given by the JD(S).
The Governor, who had cancelled his trip to New Delhi on November five, was likely to send another report on the present political developments in the State to the Centre.
