Speaker accuses legislators for short term sessions
Hazaribagh, Nov 4 (UNI) Jharkhand Assembly speaker Alamgir Alam today accused legislators for short term sessions in the state assembly.
Talking to reporters here Mr Alam said that issues related with the welfare of people were not discussed but the house procceding was abrupted by few legislators resulting to short term sessions.
Mr Alam said 15 working days were enough instead of 45 days to discuss the issues but with co-operation of MLAs.
Mr Alam said that he had discussed the matter with both the ruling and opposition parites and experts a positive outcome.
The speaker also admitted that recommendation of various houses' committees were not followed.
To a query he said various issues involving 14 MLAs would be sorted out by december 3 this year.
