Woman kills 2 children, commits suicide

Gorakhpur, Nov 3 (UNI) Faced with financial hardships, a woman poisoned her two children to death and later committed suicide in the same way in Cantonment area here today.

According to police, Prabhawati of Rustampur poisoned her daughter Arpita (4) and eight-month-old son Kanhaiyya.

Later, she consumed the poison herself.

They were rushed to hospital, where all the three succumbed.

Investigations were on.
