Tributes to slain LTTE leader

Puducherry, Nov 3: Volunteers of the Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam today mourned S P Thamilselvan, the political wing chief of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), who was killed in a raid by the Sri Lankan Air Force on Nov 3.

The volunteers, led by party president Logu Iyyappan, paid floral tributes to the LTTE leader at Ariyankuppam near here.

Members of Tamizhar Desiya Iyyakkam, Federation for People's Rights, MDMK and PMK also joined the PDK in paying homage and raised slogans against the Sri Lankan Government.
