AP Minister arrives from UAE accompanied by state people

Hyderabad, Nov 3 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Energy and Minority Welfare minsiter Mohd Ali Shabbir today arrived along with 167 Andhra people who were overstaying in UAE by a spcial flight.

Speaking to newspersons at Begumpet airport, Mr Shabbir said the persons, who were staying in Gulf countries without visas were brought to the State as per the promise made by the Government.

The Government has provided all arrangements, including flight tickets to those, who wanted to go to their native places, he added.

Stating that the Government would also provide employment opportunities to the people, who were jobless and no livelihood in their villages, the Minister said the Government was holding discussions with the private companies to provide jobs to the victims of Gulf countries.

The Government had set up a camp in UAE to bring back people from Andhra Pradesh, who were working as labourers in the country.
