German Chancellor in Mumbai

Mumbai, November 1, 2007: Specially-abled children in India"s western Mumbai got a surprise visit from German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday, when she visited the Spastics Society of India, a voluntary organisation working for differently-abled children in the country.

Accompanied by a group of delegates, Merkel interacted with children at Spastics Society of India, who put up a special dance performance for their distinguished guest.
