Mega block on Harbour Line on Sunday

Mumbai, Nov 2 (UNI) The Central Railway will operate a Mega Block on its suburban section for carrying out maintenance work on Sunday.

The trains on UP and DN Harbour Line between Kurla and Vashi stations will be affected from 1115 hrs to 1615 hrs.

All Dn Harbour line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus to Vashi, Belapur and Panvel from 1019 hrs to 1549 hrs and all Up Harbour line services for CST leaving Panvel, Belapur and Vashi from 1028 hrs to 1608 hrs will remain cancelled.

However, special locals will run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus - Kurla-Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Panvel - Vashi - Panvel sections at a frequency of around 20 to 25 minutes on Harbour line during the block period.

Harbour line services to Bandra / Andheri and back will run as per schedule on Sunday.

During the block, Harbour line passengers will be permitted to travel via Vashi - Thane section on their valid Card / Season Tickets from 1000 hrs to 1800 hrs.
