CII to launch Enabling e-Talent to bridge talent gap

Puducherry, Nov 2(UNI) The Confederation of Indian Industry(CII) Southern Region Information and Communication Technology Forum would launch a new initiative "Enabling e-Talent" to focuss on colleges in the Tier-II and Tier-III cities with an aim to bridge the talent gap.

A CII release said here today the objective of the initiative was to enhance the quality of Industrial-Institute Cooperation. The initiative involves grater Industry-Institute dialouge on curriculum, discussions to enhance quality of talent pool, direct interaction with the students from Industry experts to provide better understanding on future requirements, among others.

CII would engage engineering Institutions to focus on initiative here tomorrow, in which several renowned Industrialists would address the gathering.
