Ramco Systems announces H1

Chennai, Oct 31 (UNI) Software solutions major Ramco Systems Limited today announced its results for the first half year ending September 30, 2007.

Total global revenues, including revenues from subsidiaries stood at 27.65 million US Dollar (25.16 million USD), registering a growth of 10 per cent, a company release here today said.

During this period, the company posted a modest global net profit of 0.08 million USD compared to a net loss of 2.02 million USD in the corresponding period last year.

Global software revenues grew by 19 per cent to touch 23.10 million USD, contributing to 84 per cent of the global H1 revenues.

Tighter cost management has resulted in the company turning profitable.

For Q2 2007-2008, the company posted global revenues of 13.49 million USD with a net profit of 0.06 million USD.
