Raise in DA for government employees in HP

Shimla, Oct 31 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Government announced that Dearness Allowance (DA) payable to the employees of the state government will be enhanced from 35 per cent to 41 per cent with effect from July one, 2007.

Stating this here today, an official spokesperson said the additional instalment of Dearness Allowance of six per cent will be paid in cash with the salary of November to be paid in December 2007 and the arrears for four months from July one to October 31 will be paid in cash in the month of November.
