Prithviraj Chauhan seeks dissolution of K'taka Assembly
Bangalore, Oct 31 (UNI) Congress observer in charge of party affairs in Karnataka Prithviraj Chauhan today reiterated the party's demand for dissolution of the State Assembly and holding immediate elections.
Talking to newspersons here, he said Governor Rameshwar Thakur should immediately recommend dissolution of the Assembly to end the political uncertainty and horse trading of Legislators in the State.
Mr Chauhan, who arrived in the city last night, held discussions with the KPCC leaders, including former Chief Minister N Dharam Singh and KPCC chief Mallikarjuna Kharge, on the latest political developments in the State.
He was scheduled to meet the Governor later in the evening.
