Journalist shot dead

Bareilly, Oct 31 (UNI) A journalist has been shot dead by unidentified gunmen, in Shahjahanpur district.

Santosh Srivastava (35), who worked for a TV news channel, was shot at near Anta crossing, when he was proceeding towards his house late last night.

He died on the spot, police said.

The deceased was a native of Brij Vihar colony in Sadar Bazaar area.

Investigations were on.
