Indira Gandhi remembered

Bhopal, Oct 31 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh today paid homage to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on the 23rd anniversary of her death.

Both ruling and opposition party leaders garlanded the statue of the former Prime Minister at GAD square this morning. Various rallies and seminars were organised on the occasion in the state capital.

Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President Subhash Yadav gave a pledge to Congress workers to fight against terrorism.

The day was observed as ''Rashtriya Sankalp Divas'' across the state. Several seminars and rallies were organised in various districts on the occasion.
