Haryana, Delhi to brickline water channels

Chandigarh, Oct 31 (UNI) The Haryana and Delhi governments have decided to brickline the water channels carrying water from Haryana to Delhi in their respective areas so that the loss of precious water could be saved.

This was stated by Ms Promila Issar while talking to reporters here today.

The bricklining of channels in the respective areas would be completed by December, 2008, she added.
