Discussion between judge,counsel not for publication: HC

Kochi, Oct 31 (UNI) A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court today orally observed he discussion between the judge and counsel during hearing of a petition is not for publication.

The Bench comprising Chief Justice H L Dattu and Mr Justice K T Sankaran made the observation while hearing a petition filed by Anti Hartal Campaign Committee.

The judges also observed they cannot sit as a mute spectator while hearing a case.
