Apex Realty Conclave-Kerala 2008 on January 25

Kochi, Oct 31 (UNI) City-based Terrafirm Realty Management, a professional realty services and consultancy group, will organise a national 'Apex Realty Conclave - Kerala 2008' in partnership with all stakeholders in this sector on January 25 here.

Talking to reporters here last night, Company Chairman George Mathai said the conclave would be attended by leading luminaries in the realty industry, successful consultants, leading corporate representatives and key government officials.

''The commercial and economic importance of infrastructure development and realty industry underlines the need for a common platform to chart the future of realty sector in our country,'' Mr Mathai said.

The conclave would cover subjects like basic infrastructure and logistics, IT Office, healthcare, tourism and hospitality and housing.

The event would bring together an entire cross-section of delegates, including realty consultants, professionals like architects, city and town planners, market analysts, consumer groups and representatives from the government agencies and local authorities.
