Triple murder accused murdered

Ariyalur, Oct 30 (UNI) A-40 year old man accused in a triple murder case and on bail, was brutally murdered at a busy bus stop at Thirumanur near here today.

Police said the deceased Bhoomibalan of Sembiyakudi village was waiting at a bus stop to board a bus when unidentified assailants who came in a car attacked him fatally with lethal weapons.

Bhoomibalan died on the spot. The assailants then fled from the scene.

Police suspected that the culprtits might have committed the murder following previous enemity.

Special teams have been formed to nab the culprits, police said.
