Six killed in chimney collapse

Chennai, Oct 30 (UNI) At least six people were crushed to death when an under construction chimney at a rice mill collapsed at Sivagiri police station limits in Erode district of Tamil Nadu this evening.

Reports at the police headquarters here said the exact number of those injured in the accident, which occurred around 1730 hrs, was not immediately known.

Rescue operation was on.
