Mr R Raghavan appointed as JFWTC's HR Leader

Bangalore, Oct 29 (UNI) Mr Rajagopalan Raghavan has been appointed as Human Resources Leader of General Electric's multi-disciplinary Centre The John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) here.

In his new role, Mr Raghavan would be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Communications for the centre, a press release said here today.

Prior to joining GE-JFWTC, Mr Raghavan was the HR Leader for Global Services in India at the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank. He has spent six years with GE Capital International Services(now Genpact), leading HR for the Hyderabad site, which had the enviable combination of the highest employee survey scores, lowest attrition and highest employee referrals percentage.
