HPCL Q2 net dips 30.19 per cent

New Delhi, Oct 29: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has posted a decline of Rs 30.19 per cent in its net profit at Rs 853.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 1,221.98 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

The total income, however, grew from Rs 24,506 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 to Rs 24,515.20 crore during September 30, 2007, a company statement said.
