History-sheeter beaten to death

Etah, Oct 29 (UNI) A notorious criminal, out on bail, was beaten to death by some persons over a spat in Patiyali area of this district.

Satyapal of Dharampur village had a heated exchange of words with his neighbour Kishanpal in connection with cattles late last night.

Following which, he was attacked with sticks by Kishanpal and two others. He died on the spot, police said today.

The deceased was slapped with life imprisonment in an abduction case and was out on bail for sometime. Besides, the wanted criminal was accused in 28 criminal cases.

Investigation is on.
