CRPF Jawan falls to death

Jammu, Oct 29 (UNI) A jawan of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) fell from a hilltop and died during an exercise conducted by the paramilitary force in the Thathri area of Kishtwar district in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources today said.

The sources said that jawan accidentally fell from a hillock into a deep gorge resulting in his on-the-spot death.

The jawan belonged to the 151st battalion of the CRPF which has recently shifted from Assam to Jammu and Kashmir, the sources told UNI
