3 kg charas seized, two arrested

New Delhi, Oct 29 (UNI) The Delhi Police have arrested two persons with 3 kg of charas from the Okhla area of South Delhi.

Rattan Singh and Bilal were arrested from the Okhla Sabji Mandi where they had come to deliver the consignment of charas in the area.

While 2 kg of charas was recovered from Rattan, 1 kg from Bilal.

The charas is priced at Rs 3 lakh in the international market.
