Shipping Corp Q2 net slips 43.25%

New Delhi, Oct 27 (UNI) Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (SCIL) today said its net profit has dipped 43.25 per cent to Rs 182.31 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 321.29 crore for the same period a year ago.

Total income also witnessed a decline of 18.18 per cent to Rs 945.8 crore for Q2 FY2007-08 against Rs 1,155.98 crore for the same period during the previous fiscal.
