Moga, Oct 27 (UNI) The situation in Bhinder Kalan village of Moga district was returning to normal today following tension over the dismantling of ''smadhi'' of Baba Suman Giri, founder of the village, by some 250 radical sikhs on October 25.

Tension had gripped the village after more then 250 Sikhs dismantled the 'samadhi' near the Gurdwara also named after the Baba, who founded the village. The act had caused great resentment among the villagers.
