HAFED receives Rs 1.75 cr dividend cheque

Chandigarh, Oct 27 (UNI) The Haryana Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation (HAFED) has received a dividend cheque of Rs 1.75 crore for the financial year 2006-07 from Krishak Bharati Cooperative Ltd (KRIBHCO) as a profit of 20 per cent on its share capital with KRIBHCO.

Stating this here today, a HAFED spokesman said that during financial year 2006-07, KRIBHCO achieved excellent financial results and had been able to distribute dividend at the rate of 20 per cent continuously for the last three years to its member cooperative societies.

He said that HAFED was a major cooperative society in Haryana and KRIBHCO had been distributing major portion of its products in Haryana through Hafed.
