No Smoking SRK!!!

New Delhi, Oct 26, 2007 : An NGO today issued a legal notice to film actor Shah Rukh Khan, for smoking in public during the two recent events, that is, the Twenty20 cricket match in Mumbai and a media event in Delhi.

The notice to Khan has been issued under Sections 4 and 5 (3) of cigarette and other tobacco products Act, 2003. The NGO further added that a superstar, imitated and adored by millions couldn"t lend a helping hand to promote smoking.
