Sydicate Bank Q2 net up 10.9 per cent

New Delhi, Oct 26: Public sector Syndicate Bank today said the company posted a net profit of Rs 227.58 crore for the quarter ended September 30, an increase of 10.9 per cent as compared with Rs 205.07 crore during the same quarter last fiscal.

Total income of the company rose by 35.1 per cent to Rs 2,154.99 crore for the quarter, as compared to Rs 1,595.07 crore during the corresponding period last year, a company statement said.

Syndicate Bank recently launched online facility for submission of request seeking credit facilities for Small and Medium Enterprises and students for higher studies.
