Scholarship scam: MP govt suspends 15
Bhopal, Oct 26 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh government has suspended a principal and 14 other government servants with immediate effect in the wake of a scholarship scam at Indore's Government Post-Graduate Arts and Commerce College, official sources said today.
The accused forged scholarship-linked documents and misused the money. A joint departmental inquiry was initiated.
The accused were R K Khare, Kusumlata Shrivastav, Suneeta Malviya, Leela Dhooldhoy, Vimla Jain, Shankarlal Makwana, Anil Laad, Narendra S, Nutan Joshi, Kamini Shivhare, Surendra Goyal, Suneeta Sharma, Yogendra Singh Chouhan, Lokendra Singh Rathor and Ramesh Ranawat.
