Non-bailable Warrant against Aamir Khan

Indore, Oct 24: A local court has issued non-bailable warrant against bollywood actor Aamir Khan in a case of dishonour to the national flag during the promotional programme of an automobile company here on August 16.

The actor had to appear in the court on Tuesday but he failed to turn up.

Judicial Magistrate (First Class) B S Muvel issued the warrant yesterday while hearing the complaint filed by Shailendra Sharma.

Automobile distributors Rakesh Rajpal and Ashok Rajpal were also impleaded in the case.

The next hearing has been fixed for November 7, 2007.
