Six Child labourer rescued in Saharsa

Saharsa, Oct 24 (UNI) The police today rescused six bonded child labourers from the clutches of a tout at Saharsa railway station.

District Magistrate Narmadeshwar Lal said here that following an information the police raided the railway station and rescued the children who were being taken to some unknown place in Uttar Pradesh.

He said the middleman involved in the incident was arrested and sent to jail.

The rescued children belonged to Khujraha village of Sonbarsa police station of the district.
