SGSC welcomes development of Patna Saheb as model station

Patna, Oct 24 (UNI) Shiromani Gurudwara Sewadar Committee (SGSC) of Takht Sri Patna Saheb today welcomed Railway Minister Lalu Prasad's announcement to develop Patna Saheb railway station as model station.

In a release issued here, SGSC secretary Amar Singh expressed his gratitude to Mr Prasad to facilitate smooth journey for thousands of pilgrims, who arrive here to pay obesiance to the tenth and last Sikh Guru.

Earlier, Mr Prasad had announced the stoppage of Jan Satabdi Express, Shramjeevi Express and several other important trains at Patna Saheb station from October 25.
