No spectrum allocation before DoT tech panel report: Raja

New Delhi, Oct 24 (UNI) The Government today categorically said there will not be any spectrum allocation before the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) technical panel report.

''No spectrum allocation before DoT technical panel report,'' IT and Telecommunications Minister A Raja told reporters here.

He said the DoT technical wing will submit its report by this month-end.
