Kingpin of inter-state bank robbers gang arrested

Bokaro, Oct 24 (UNI) The kingpin of an inter-state bank robbers gang was arrested from a railway crossing under Baldih police station here today.

Suprintendent of Police Priya Dubey said the miscreant, identified as Mohin Ansari, was involved in several bank robbery cases in the district and was the chief of the gang with members from Bihar, Orissa, West Bengal and Jharkhand.

Police also recovered about Rs 96,000 in cash, a country made pistol, four live cartridges and a mobile phone from him.
