Four militants nabbed in Manipur

Imphal, Oct 24: Imphal East district police commandos apprehended four cadres of People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) late last night at Lamlong areas in the district in Manipur.

They have also seized a 9 mm pistol with a magazines and three live grenades.

Imphal East district SP L Kailun has identified the four militants. The four had been actively involved in extorting money from fish centres in Imphal under the command of one Jackson of Patsoi, the SP said.
