Monkey' kills woman

Amroha, Oct 23 (UNI) A woman died here yesterday when a monkey hit her with a brick in Mandi Dhanora town of Jyotiba Phulenagar district of Uttar Pradesh, police said today.

Police said Mamta suffered head injuries when a monkey sitting atop a shop hit her with a brick where she went for shopping.

However, her one-and-a-half year old daughter escaped unhurt in the incident.

She was rushed to a hospital where she succumed to her injuries.
