Karnataka Governor calls on President, PM
New Delhi, Oct 23 (UNI) Karnataka Governor Rameshwar Thakur today called on President Pratibha Patil and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to apprise them of the latest situation in his state, currently under President's rule.
He also met Home Minister Shivraj Patil.
This is his first visit to the national capital after Karnataka came under the President's Rule.
The Governor is expected to remain in the city for the next four days, official sources said.
